项目内容及规模:建立夏橙生产示范园3000亩，锦橙生产示范园10000亩；建立鲜果打蜡包装商品化处理生产线二条、年加工7万吨；建立榨汁加工生产线二条，其中浓缩果汁生产线一条，果蔬罐头生产线一条，年加工量3万吨。

项目已有条件:开县柑桔栽培历史悠久。全县现有柑桔面积27万亩，产量10万吨，产值已突破1亿元，特别是“渝开”牌优质锦橙闻名遐迩，2002年已获“绿色食品”标志使用权。全县现有专业技术人员141名，有农民技术员1000余名，柑桔种植专业科技示范户7000余户。县委县政府高度重视柑桔深加工项目，已出台了一系列在开县投资办厂的优惠政策。开县农业局可无偿提供开县帅丰罐头食品加工厂现有厂房；县政府制定了外来投资企业的优惠政策；已建立锦橙生产基地14万亩，夏橙生产基地1万亩，确保加工原料果供应。

估算投资总额:项目总投资1亿元。其中夏橙生产示范园3000亩和锦橙生产示范园1万亩，需基地建设资金5200万元；鲜果打蜡包装商品化处理生产线二条，需资金1850万元；榨汁加工鲜果生产线二条，需资金2950万元。

合作方式及出资比例: 股份制合作。

生产规模及利润：鲜果打蜡包装商品化处理；柑桔采后经商品化处理，平均价格在1.80元/公斤以上，年处理能力为7万吨，增加产值4200万元。采后商品化处理的直接成本为0.1元/公斤，包装成本为0.2元/公斤，共0.3元/公斤，处理7万吨为每年2100万元，营销费用每年300万元，税金420万元，厂房设备等基础投资按10年折旧为每年185万元，企业每年纯利润为1195万元。榨汁加工鲜果生产；榨汁加工鲜果处理能力为每年3万吨，其产值为7500万元，榨汁加工鲜果生产线的直接成本为0.6元/公斤（原材料），包装成本0.5元/公斤，共1.10元/公斤，处理3万吨为3300万元，营销费用每年500万元，税金750万元，厂房设备等基础投资按10年折旧为每年295万元，企业每年纯利润2655万元。

Details: To build 3 thousand mu Valencia and 1 thousand mu Jin orange

demonstrated gardens. To establish two post-harvest handing lines to

process 70 thousand tons fresh fruit annually. To establish two juice

processing lines, one for condensed juice and the other for fruit canning, 30 thousand tons of fruit will be processed annually.

Background: Kaixian county has a long history of planting citrus, its planting area covers 270 thousand mu with the annual output of 100 thousand tons and production value of 0.1 billion yuan. It is famous for its high quality Jin orange with the brand of Yukai, which was assessed as Green Food in 2002.There are 141 agricultural technicians, 1 thousand farmer technicians and 7 thousand specialized households in Kaixian county. The government paid great attention to citrus development and made a series of preferential policies to welcome investors. 140 thousand mu of Jin orange production base and 10 thousand mu of Valencia production base have been established to supply abounded raw materials for processing.

Estimated investment: The total investment will be 0.1 billion yuan,

among which 52 million yuan will be used for base construction,

including 3 thousand mu of Valencia demonstration garden and 10

thousand mu of Jin orange demonstration garden. 18.5 million yuan will

be used for two post-harvest handling lines and 29.5 million yuan for

two fresh fruit juice processing lines.

Cooperation mode and contributive ratio: Share holding.

Production scale and profit to be gained: After the construction of two post-harvest handling lines, the price of Jin orange will be more than 1.8 yuan per kilogram, the capability of annual processing is 70 thousand tons and the increased production value is 42 million yuan. Eliminating production and package cost 21 million yuan and the other expenditure 9.05 million yuan, processing enterprise can gain net profit of 11.95 million yuan. After the construction of the fresh fruit juice processing line, the capability of annual processing is 30 thousand tons and the increased production value is 75 million yuan. Eliminating production and package cost 33 million yuan and the other expenditure 15.45 million yuan, processing enterprise can gain net profit of 26.55 million yuan.

Sale of products：Most of products are sold in domestic markets, part

of them are sold overseas.

Recovery period of investment: 4 years.
