

On November 17th, 2012, the famous plant virologist Wang Mingbo from the Plant Research Institute of the Australian Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), professor Shan Weixing from Northwest A&F University, and professor Li Hongye from Zhejiang University visited CRI at our invitation. During their stay in CRI, Mr. Wang Mingbo delivered a lecture on the subject of “RNA silencing and viral and fungal diseases in plants”. Mr. Shan and Ms. Li also presented on their specific research field. After their enlightening presentations, the three experts gave detailed answers to the questions from the audience.
