Huang sen, male, in 1972 was born in Chongqing of China. Associate professor, Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Citrus Research Institute of China South-West University. Graduated from economic and management school of China South-West University with management of PHD.
Fields of study include: Study on the citrus industrialization and citrus risk management, and Study on the economic system of citrus Industrial Techniques.
Projects of join as follow: Technical innovation projects such as National Technical Innovation project “Study and demonstration on techniques of specialty industries’ ecological economy system in areas of three gorges of the Yangtze River”, “study on orange juice produce key techniques in the citrus industry belt of Yangtze River”, “Study on Chongqing citrus industry Technologies Roadmap” , “The study on risk analysis and evaluation of Chinese citrus industry” and so on.
Plan for citrus industry development projects such as Plans for citrus industry development about China, Chongqing municipality, Ganzhou of Jiangxi province, Guang’an of Sichuan province and so on.
Feasibility study projects such as Feasibility study on citrus deep processing factory, fruit exchange market project, on citrus varieties improve center project, the base of Virus-free citrus advance varieties propagate project , modern citrus orchards construct project and so on.

International communication: Business travel and advanced study and training to Australia 2 times, one is in 1999, the other is in 2008.Business travel to Spain in 2012.
